TheSquirrel is 6 years old. To illustrate the word "proverb," TheSquirrel and I read some Proverbs from the Bible of course! The first one I thought of was: "In all your ways acknowledge God, and He will make your path straight." (proverbs 3:6). She liked that one.She started with a straight path. Then I explained the first part of it, so she drew God/Jesus on the path with her. (btw that is a beard, not a tongue) :)
